Description

With the F3516 Indigo Check Work Shirt, FOB Factory revisits its classic work shirt through a check fabric entirely woven with indigo-dyed yarns. The brand uses yarns in different thicknesses, including heavier yarns in certain areas, to create a slightly irregular surface with visible texture.

This construction gives the fabric a particularly interesting texture while retaining a dry and breathable feel. The irregularities of the surface reduce direct contact with the skin and contribute to comfortable wear, particularly as temperatures rise.

The shirt incorporates several details characteristic of traditional workwear: two large flap chest pockets, three-needle stitching across the main areas of construction, flat-felled seams and triangular side gussets. The exposed chain stitching and reinforcement panel under the collar extend this attention to detail to some of the less visible elements of the shirt.

The button placket also conceals a label inspired by vintage Union Labels, while the robust overall construction is designed to accompany the shirt for many years.
