The Patapaca socks are made in Peru from a base of Alpaca wool, which is very warm, very soft, and hypoallergenic. The brand has spent many hours developing the perfect blend of sustainably sourced yarn, allowing these socks to be comfortably worn both outdoors and in urban environments. Naturally moisture-resistant and breathable, Patapaca socks help prevent bad odors and keep feet dry.
This Dip Dye version draws inspiration from traditional natural dyeing techniques. The top of the sock has been successively dipped by hand into three different dye baths: one with Q'olle flower, a second with Retama (white broom), and a final one with natural indigo.
Produced in batches of about forty socks, the pairs we offer come from "Batch N°003" and are limited in quantity and hand-numbered.
Care Instructions: Hand wash or machine wash in cold water, then hang or lay flat to dry.
