A true staple offered by Rototo each summer, the Linen Cotton Socks series is updated with French linen and high-quality organic cotton, while maintaining the same design and manufacturing method as the original. The long-fiber linen used here is produced in Normandy, one of the most renowned regions for this material, and the organic cotton yarn is produced using a unique and abrasion-resistant spinning method called compact spinning. Knitted with a special technique, these socks feature a soft cotton lining and a refreshing linen surface, providing great comfort. The simple design pairs perfectly with any outfit, while a wide range of colors offers great aesthetic flexibility.

ROTOTO socks are manufactured in the largest production region of Japan, Nara Prefecture. The area has been known for its quality textiles since the 17th century. Industrial sock production was first introduced in 1910 when a man from the former village of Umami (now Koryocho) imported a weaving machine from the United States to his hometown after his study trip to the country.

ROTOTO places high value on collaboration in its product research: "We start by selecting the right yarns with craftsmen to develop the design of a new material. After that, we choose the knitting machines according to the type of material and the use of the product. This can be rare machines that have a specific use, old non-computerized knitting machines, or, on the other hand, modern high-tech tools."
