Portuguese Flannel values quality over quantity. The brand uses exclusive fabrics, made traditionally and produced in certified Portuguese textile companies. All pieces are then crafted in northern Portugal. The collections are also made from natural materials like cotton, linen, or wool. Portugal and the family history of the two brothers who founded Portuguese Flannel play a significant role in the creation of the collections. Coming from a family that has been producing textiles for four generations, Manuel and António aim to evolve the way the world views their country, a place of value and authenticity.
Recognized for many years for their high-quality shirts, Portuguese Flannel has recently started offering a wide range of meticulously crafted trousers in characterful fabrics. For our first integration, we chose the Single Pleat Trousers for its style and raw material. These pleated trousers, presented in a classic straight, slightly tailored fit, are made from a 100% wool herringbone fabric, textured and interspersed with subtle variations in shades reminiscent of tweed. The wool fabric is slightly dry to the touch, which is why the inside of the leg is lined with a more silky viscose fabric, adding comfort and softness to the wear.
