SEUVAS is a young Japanese label based in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. Drawing inspiration from workwear and military garments, the brand collaborates with the historic Takeyari mill, a canvas manufacturer with over 130 years of expertise. Each season, Seuvas unveils a naturally dyed capsule — using matcha tea, coffee, or charcoal — while continuing to produce all garments in-house at its Kurashiki workshop, using vintage sewing machines.
The Chino 2-Tuck reinterprets the classic chino in a double-pleated version inspired by vintage models. Crafted from dense, authentic chino cloth, these trousers offer a straight, balanced fit that provides comfort through the thigh while maintaining a clean, structured silhouette. The Brown colorway, achieved through a single One Wash process, has a soft texture and a warm, luminous tone that will evolve beautifully over time.
Finishing details reflect Seuvas’ meticulous craftsmanship: front Italian pockets, double-welt back pockets, hand-sewn corozo nut buttons, and an internal fastening button. A pair of trousers that combines durability, refinement, and timeless Japanese aesthetics.
