The Moleskin Trousers from FOB Factory is directly inspired by 1940s US military trousers while showcasing Japanese craftsmanship. It is made from one of FOB Factory’s long-standing favorite fabrics: a thick, 100% cotton, high-density moleskin. To remove the initial stiffness, the fabric is lightly brushed, giving it a suede-like appearance with a smooth, uniform, and soft texture. This type of moleskin is rightly referred to as "German Leather." It is a robust fabric that adapts easily to the wearer’s body and develops a beautiful patina over time.
The fit is designed to allow freedom of movement without sacrificing a structured silhouette: roomy at the thighs and slightly tapered at the ankles. Deep side pockets and a clean back, thanks to discreet welt pockets, ensure both comfort and versatility.
Every detail, from reinforced belt loops to the zip fly and vintage-inspired hook closure, reflects the expertise of FOB Factory. These trousers are suitable for everyday wear as well as for a more workwear-oriented style, offering long-lasting durability.
