Beams Plus, launched in 1999 by the Japanese brand BEAMS, is inspired by the American golden age (1940-1960), a period of economic prosperity following World War II. The brand draws from the classic dress codes of the era, including "Americana," workwear, sportswear, and military, to create modern and timeless interpretations of these styles.
Directly inspired by American pop culture and vintage sportswear sweatshirts, Beams Plus offers a new reinterpretation of this iconic piece. Here, the "Half Zip" model combines the codes of the traditional long-sleeved polo and those of the hoodie, for a unique piece featuring a zippered polo collar and a kangaroo pocket.
Crafted in 100% cotton fleece, this sweater offers softness and comfort. It stands out with a very pretty Oatmeal shade, a heathered mix of beige and gray.
