The Red Wing Moc Toe boot is a classic moccasin-style shoe made in Red Wing, Minnesota. Standing 6 inches high, the Moc Toe was originally designed for hunters and farmers in the early 1950s and built to withstand tough work in harsh weather conditions. The name "Moc Toe" derives from the word "Moccasin," the traditional Algonquian Indian word for the U-shaped toe.

The 8074 embodies all the features of the Moc Toe. Here, the model is crafted from soft, oily, oil-tanned leather, all in a matte and deep black shade. All elements used in the making of this reference are black, from the outsole to the leather, through the stitches, laces, and even the eyelets.
