Drawing inspiration from the traditional waxed Barbour jackets, FOB Factory offers here their interpretation of the Veste d'équitation. It is made from thick moleskine, 100% cotton, woven at a high density. This process gives it an appearance similar to suede leather, with a smooth, uniform, and fluffy texture. This type of moleskine is indeed aptly called "Cuir allemand"This is a sturdy canvas that easily adapts to the shape and will develop a beautiful patina over time."

Just like the original model, the cut of this jacket is straight but the length has been extended for a more contemporary look. The raglan sleeves allow for good mobility and the ability to easily layer it. The 2 side hand pockets are complemented by two large, deep patch pockets with buttons. The jacket can be fastened using a YKK double-slider zipper and 5 snap buttons, and a button placket at the collar allows for it to be closed to protect the neck.

This jacket runs slightly small, we recommend choosing a size larger than your usual size, especially if you plan to wear it over a sweater or a thick sweatshirt.
