The CIRCLE line by Japan Blue Jeans features a curved waistband — unlike traditional jeans with a straight one — for a better fit around the waist and improved ergonomics at the back.
This selvedge denim weighs in at 17oz and is woven from premium American cotton, giving the fabric a dry, textured hand typical of heavy-weight denims and exceptional durability. By applying a slightly tighter spinning process to the cotton, Japan Blue enhances the yarn’s strength and brings out more pronounced irregularities.
The Straight fit offers a mid-rise waist, generous room in the thigh, and a subtle taper toward the leg opening — a modern interpretation of the classic straight-leg silhouette.
