After last year's enthusiasm for our first collaboration with Harley Of Scotland, we have chosen to renew it in a range of different colors and also by offering, this time, a brushed version called "Shaggy"Having also received numerous requests, we have also chosen to include in this new collaboration a sizeXS suitable for women as well as slender men or those who simply prefer to wear clothes closer to the body.

Just like our previous collaboration, we have chosen a wool Shetland that we are particularly fond of, coming from the Scottish mill Gardiner. Over the past 20 years, we have had the opportunity to test a very large number of wools, and the one from Gardiner remains one of our favorites. This meeting between our store and the manufacturer Harley of Scotland and the spinning mill Gardiner also allows us to offer, once again, a sweater 100% Made in Scotland.

Wool Gardiner has a rustic look, as well as a drier feel initially, which will soften over time and with washes. In addition to being very warm, the knitting provided by Harley of Scotland makes the knit much lighter to wear than our previous collaboration with Inverallan.

The result is a sweater entirely made in Scotland, which benefits from the expertise of Harley of Scotland, one of the few manufacturers specializing in the production of knits "sans couture", meaning they are knitted in one piece, without any seams. The special feature of this sweater is its brushing: in order to give it this fluffy appearance, it has been brushed once using not a man-made brush but awild teasel(Dipsacus Fullonum), a species of thistle that, once dried, turns into a unique natural brush.

Of medium thickness, with a breathable knit pattern for added comfort, this sweater remains warm and is ideal to wear when temperatures start to drop. Its classic straight cut and sufficiently wide round neckline make it easy to wear over a shirt or a simple t-shirt.
