Description
The Blazer Coat from Manifattura Ceccarelli is a short and versatile outerwear piece designed to combine the refined appearance of a structured coat with the functionality of a traditional outdoor garment. Featuring a deep hood, multiple pockets and a robust construction, it perfectly reflects the Italian brand’s approach: creating functional, durable garments equally suited to outdoor environments and everyday urban use.
Entirely made in Italy, this coat is crafted from Manifattura Ceccarelli's signature waxed cotton, a double-twisted cotton poplin particularly resistant to wear and abrasion. The fabric receives a paraffin treatment that provides water-repellent properties while preserving a natural feel. Over time and through regular use, the material develops a unique patina, enhancing its character and authenticity.
This version features a warm wool and polyester blend lining, also extending into the hood, providing comfort and insulation during colder periods. The virgin wool filling is one of Manifattura Ceccarelli's preferred choices: a lightweight, breathable and thermoregulating natural fibre that maintains its insulating properties over time while offering excellent moisture management.
The sleeves are lined with Bemberg Cupro, a biodegradable natural fibre with an exceptionally soft feel, similar to silk. Its smooth surface makes layering easier and provides additional comfort, while its breathable properties help maintain a pleasant feeling throughout the day. The garment is completed with a range of functional details, including a high-closing double-slider zip, adjustable hood, waist adjustment system and multiple secure pockets.
Fit
The Blazer Coat features a straight and comfortable fit, allowing enough room to be worn with multiple layers underneath. Its shorter construction provides greater freedom of movement, while the waist adjustment system allows the silhouette to be easily adapted depending on your needs.
