Description

The Long Mountain Jacket from Manifattura Ceccarelli takes inspiration from the brand’s iconic Mountain Jacket, reinterpreted in a longer version offering enhanced protection against the elements while maintaining an elegant and functional silhouette. Designed as a true outdoor coat, it combines a robust construction, durable materials and Italian artisanal craftsmanship.

Entirely made in Italy, this jacket is crafted from Manifattura Ceccarelli's signature waxed cotton, a fabric developed over many years for the brand's winter collections. This double-twisted cotton poplin stands out for its exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion. Its wax treatment provides water-repellent properties while allowing the garment to develop a unique patina over time and through use.

This version features a construction particularly suited to cold temperatures thanks to its warm wool and polyester blend lining, which also extends into the hood. The sleeves are lined with Bemberg Cupro, a natural fibre renowned for its softness, breathability and silk-like feel. Combined with the virgin wool filling, this construction provides excellent thermal insulation while maintaining outstanding everyday comfort.

Its longer cut enhances the protection provided by the jacket by covering more of the lower body, while its numerous functional details ensure versatility in everyday use: secure closure with a double-slider YKK zip and snap buttons, adjustable hood, internal drawstrings to adapt the fit, elasticated cuffs and vegetable-tanned leather finishes. A piece designed to accompany outdoor activities as well as daily urban wear for many years to come.

Fit
