Description

The Open B.D. Dobby Plaid takes its cues from the traditional American Button Down shirt while placing particular emphasis on the subtlety of its weave. Made from 100% cotton, it features a plaid pattern created using a Dobby weave, giving the fabric a subtle relief and finely textured surface that can be appreciated even from a distance.

The Sax colourway features a slightly greyish light blue base with a soft and luminous appearance. It is crossed by a fine plaid made up of dark blue, grey and white yarns, creating a regular pattern with delicate tonal variations. The contrast between the light base and the more pronounced lines adds depth to the fabric without making the overall design feel heavy, resulting in a fresh and versatile shirt.

The construction incorporates several details characteristic of classic American shirts: a soft Button Down collar, button-front closure, buttoned cuffs and a single patch chest pocket.
