Portuguese Flannel values quality over quantity. The brand uses exclusive fabrics, traditionally made and produced in certified Portuguese textile factories. All pieces are then crafted in northern Portugal. The collections are also made from natural materials such as cotton, linen or wool. The same applies to the buttons, made from corozo or mother of pearl. Portugal and the family history of the two brothers behind Portuguese Flannel play an important role in the creation of the collections. Coming from a family with four generations of textile production, Manuel and António aim to change the world’s perception of their country, a place of value and authenticity.
The Granular shirt is a distinctly summer piece from Portuguese Flannel, recognizable by its textured, slightly “grainy” fabric. Made from a cotton and linen blend, it is both breathable, comfortable, and easy to wear on a daily basis.
