With the Checkerboard Pattern Socks, ROTOTO explores the traditional checkerboard motif through a carefully developed jacquard construction. The scale of the pattern and the way it is knitted create a particularly clean design while maintaining the comfort required for everyday wear.

The jacquard knit is specifically designed to limit floating threads on the inside of the sock. This construction reduces excess bulk and irregularities that could otherwise be felt against the foot, while preserving the definition of the pattern on the outside.

A blend of cotton and acrylic forms the foundation of the fabric, complemented by 10% silk, which contributes to its soft feel. With its midweight construction, the model remains versatile enough to be worn with both sneakers and leather shoes.

The Checkerboard Pattern Socks are made in Japan, drawing on the specialist hosiery expertise of the workshops ROTOTO works with.

Fit & Sizing

The Checkerboard Pattern Socks feature a classic crew length and a midweight construction. Their jacquard structure is designed to maintain a relatively smooth interior despite the pattern, allowing them to be worn comfortably with a wide variety of footwear.

Size S corresponds to EU sizes 37 to 40, Size M to EU sizes 41 to 44, while Size L is suitable for EU size 44 and above.
