Since 1950, NISHIGUCHI KUTSUSHITA has been producing warm, comfortable, and comforting socks in Japan. Katsuji Nishiguchi founded the company Knitwin Co. in Nara Prefecture with just one manual knitting machine. Since then, the company has continued to grow through generations and is currently led by Isato Nishiguchi, the third generation.
Their collection is divided into four ranges, named after the cities that inspired them: Boston, Prague, Oslo, and Teni.
The Wool Jacquard Socks are part of the Oslo range. The Nordic city of Oslo is well known for its art galleries, museums, and theaters. Typically emphasizing simplicity in design, these socks add a touch of originality to the brand.
In terms of composition, these socks are made from wool that has been made shrink-resistant through repeated pre-washes. This plush material, with generous volume, perfectly envelops the feet, providing softness and warmth while keeping the feet dry thanks to the sweat-resistant and hypoallergenic attributes of natural materials.
