Beams Plus, launched in 1999 by the Japanese brand BEAMS, draws inspiration from the American golden age (1940-1960), a period of economic prosperity following World War II. The brand taps into the classic dress codes of that era, including "americana", workwear, sportswear, and military, to create modern and timeless interpretations of these styles.

The Rag Socks range from Beams Plus offers retro-style socks with some thickness and a mid-length height. Knitted in Japan on old machines using two different types of yarn, including one recycled (a textile recycling process that has been practiced for centuries in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture), they provide a soft touch and a distinctive texture to the knit. They come in a heathered blue appearance with a blue stripe.

Available in one size, they cover shoe sizes 39 to 42. Their composition is designed to offer optimal comfort, great flexibility, and increased durability.
