The New Fisherman Parka from Manifattura Ceccarelli is a contemporary interpretation of one of the Italian brand’s signature pieces. Inspired by traditional fishermen’s garments and classic outdoor parkas, it combines functional construction, natural materials and exceptional artisanal craftsmanship to create a coat designed to last.

Entirely made in Italy, this parka is crafted from Manifattura Ceccarelli's signature waxed cotton, a double-twisted cotton poplin fabric renowned for its resistance to wear and abrasion. Its paraffin treatment provides water-repellent properties while preserving a natural and comfortable feel. Over time and through use, this fabric will develop a unique patina, enhancing the character of the garment.

The construction of the New Fisherman Parka has been designed to provide optimal protection against the elements. Its cotton inner lining houses a virgin wool filling, a natural fibre particularly appreciated for its insulating and temperature-regulating properties. Lightweight, breathable and naturally resistant to moisture, wool maintains its performance over time while providing excellent thermal comfort.

The sleeves are lined with Bemberg Cupro, a biodegradable natural fibre with a silk-like feel. Its smooth surface makes layering effortless, while its breathable properties allow excellent moisture management. Combined with the virgin wool filling, this lining construction creates a warm, comfortable and highly wearable garment for everyday use.

Its design incorporates the essential features of a true outdoor parka: a deep adjustable hood, protective stand collar, numerous functional pockets, secure double-slider zip closure and an adjustable waist to adapt the silhouette.
