The Room Socks from ROTOTO are true slipper/socks. They were developed using a machine specially designed to produce various types of socks for skiers, mountain rescue teams, and fishermen. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of removing shoes when entering a home, they are thick, warm, and comfortable, made to be worn without shoes. Enhanced with non-slip inscriptions on the bottom, they will brilliantly accompany your relaxing moments at home. The pattern is inspired by traditional Native American textiles, adding an original, colorful touch.

It is strongly advised to avoid the tumble dryer as it could cause shrinking.

ROTOTO socks are manufactured in the largest sock producing region of Japan, Nara Prefecture. The area has been known for its quality textiles since the 17th century. Industrial sock production was first introduced in 1910, when a man from the former village of Umami (now Koryocho) imported a weaving machine to his hometown after his study trip to the United States.

ROTOTO places great value on collaboration in its product research: "We start by selecting the right yarns with artisans to develop the design of a new material. After that, we choose the knitting machines depending on the type of material and the use of the product. This can involve rare machines that have a specific use, old non-computerized knitting machines, or alternatively, modern high-tech tools."

The ROTOTO socks can only be made by combining the right materials, the right machine, and the artisan's know-how.
