Room Socks by ROTOTO are true slipper/socks. They have been developed using a machine specifically designed to produce various types of socks for skiers, mountain rescue teams, and fishermen. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of removing shoes when entering the home, they are thick, warm, and comfortable, meant to be worn without shoes. Enhanced with non-slip inscriptions on the bottom of the feet, they will brilliantly accompany your relaxing moments at home. The pattern draws inspiration from traditional Native American textiles, adding an original and colorful complementary touch.

It is strongly advised to avoid the tumble dryer, which could cause shrinkage.

ROTOTO socks are manufactured in Japan's largest sock-producing region, the Nara prefecture. The area has been known for its quality textiles since the 17th century. Industrial production of socks was first introduced in 1910, when a man from the former village of Umami (now Koryocho) imported a weaving machine from the United States to his hometown after his study trip to the country.

ROTOTO places great value on collaboration in its product research: "We start by selecting the right yarns with craftsmen to develop the design of a new material. After that, we choose the knitting machines depending on the type of material and the use of the product. This might be rare machines that have a specific use, old non-computerized knitting machines, or on the contrary, modern high-tech tools."
