Now a staple of our summer collections for the past 3 years, here is the new edition of one of our most popular and anticipated collaborations: Kardo x Flâneurs.

With an unchanged design, this comfortably straight-cut shirt has been slightly lengthened compared to models offered by Kardo to more easily fit all body types and to be worn easily inside or outside of pants. The open collar adds an authentic touch while the chest pocket draws inspiration from a more workwear universe.

The name of each artisan involved in the making of the shirt is inscribed on the label, highlighting the human scale of this unique manufacturer.

What is Block Print?

The fabric used for this model is a uniform base, with resistant dye, onto which patterns are pressed using the Block Print technique. This artisan technique involves hand-carving patterns on wooden stamps that are then dipped in natural dyes and stamped onto the fabric. Each stamp creates a unique pattern and variable results from one shirt to another. It is a lengthy process that often requires multiple stamps for a single pattern, demanding patience and precision in the layering of prints.
