The SD-1001 is an iconic piece of Japanese denim. Made from 15oz selvedge denim, it is woven on the GL3 shuttle loom, the successor of the legendary Toyoda G3. The Regular Straight fit offers a classic and timeless silhouette, with a comfortable waist and straight leg that provides ample freedom of movement.
The fabric of the SD-1001 is distinguished by its unique weave on the GL3 shuttle loom. This ancient loom, operating at a slow pace, allows for the production of textured denim with beautiful yarn irregularity, enhancing a lively appearance and exceptional fading over time. The density of the weave also ensures exemplary robustness.
