The Uma Equestrian Blue Bandana by One Ear Brand is part of the brand’s artistic and artisanal approach, offering a textile piece conceived as a true graphic artwork. This model was developed over several months in collaboration with designer Satoshi Kaga, built around an equestrian theme inspired by ranch and horseback riding culture.

The design draws inspiration from blue and white ceramics, with a palette built around deep indigo and Parisian blue, highlighted with ecru accents to balance the composition. The motif blends Eastern and Western influences, notably through the juxtaposition of Japanese and Western horseshoes, creating a visual dialogue between two cultures.

Made from high-quality cotton, the bandana is woven and printed in Japan using artisanal methods. Each piece is printed individually, resulting in slight variations that reinforce its unique character. The presence of selvedge edges and production in the Kansai region reflect a demanding and traditional textile craftsmanship.

With its 70×70 cm format, this bandana can be worn in multiple ways: around the neck, as headwear, or used as Furoshiki (a traditional Japanese square-cloth wrapping technique) to wrap objects. Both accessory and cultural object, it embodies the philosophy of One Ear Brand, at the crossroads of historic American workwear and contemporary Japanese design.
